I built SAS product alone, and here is my honest take on it. Linatora is a video-first hiring platform. Candidates record video answers and get coaching insights. Recruiters get structured screening with their team. I own everything, and it includes over 80 data schema migrations, 24 models, background jobs, whisper transcriptions, AI scoring, real-time progress. The pipeline was beast. From capturing video in browser to processing video in backend, converting to popular formats, extracting thumbnails, extracting audio track, and then getting transcription, and then sending this over to AI for scoring and getting insights about confidence, like eye tracking. And getting basically structured feedback, all asynchronous, all live. The Stripe itself has two separate billing models, seed-based and credit-based, with referral program included. The most interesting and promising part is MCP server, with over 15 tools, helped recruiters to invite, assign, review workflows in any MCP client, like Cloud, ChatGPT, et cetera. OAuth 2.1, dynamic client registration, full-spec compliance, not a demo, just fully functioning. I'm a senior front-end engineer by title, but I think in design, in system design, and in every layer, data, logic, money, deploy. If you are a recruiter or a team building a product and want someone who ships end-to-end, this is what it looks like.
